Chris Brown has been laying low since his fight with singer Frank Ocean and it also looks as though he’s been confiding in Rihanna.  The two were spotted leaving a studio last night after a long recording session. Will we be getting a new collaboration this year?

Meanwhile, last night a post that Chris Brown allegedly made to his private Instagram began making it’s way around the web while being posted on top news and blog sites. According to the screen grab, Chris Brown wrote to his fans although they keep telling him to relax, he’s tired of the negativity and a day in his life is like hell.

Post Update: A rep for Chris Brown tells us that this statement was not made my Chris. “Just wanted to give you a heads up. That was a fake Instagram. It wasn’t CB. He no longer has an Instagram account.”

Rihanna recently revealed her new shaved ombre hairstyle on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine in a photo shoot taken by none other than her favorite photographer, Terry Richardson. Now Terry has gifted us with some outtakes from the photo shoot showing more of Rihanna rocking a white leotard for her sexy, blunt smoking, bad girl-next-door pictures.

She also sports a ’90s hip hop look with her bucket hat and camo jacket in a few black and white shots, while going a little business casual in a black pencil skirt and embroidered leather jacket.

Meanwhile, in between fierce photo shoots, she’s prepping for the upcoming Grammy’s on Sunday where she will be joining Bruno Mars and Sting on stage for a collabo.

He’s gearing up to help his boo deliver her baby at home.

Over the past few weeks, Amber Rose has been posting up photos of her prenatal yoga exercises, as she gears up for the birth of her baby, which is due on February 26th, and it looks like she’s going to need all the calming techniques she can get since she decided to have an all-natural, at home birth. Woo-sah!

During a recent stop to Big Boy’s Neighborhood, her fiancé Wiz revealed:

It consists of her being in a whole lot of pain, with no medicine, she’s gonna thug it out. We are going to have a midwife and a doula at the crib. She’s going to be at the pool and it’s going to be a relaxing environment and when she ready she’s going to tell me when to stick my hands down there

Should celebs exercise the “If you don’t have anything nice to say about your peers, don’t say anything at all” rule?  Or should they have a right to an opinion.

This was the topic that was up for discussion last night after Beyonce’s Super Bowl half-time show.  In case you missed it, while Beyonce was tearing down the stage with her Destiny’s Child bandmates, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, Keyshia Cole exercised her right to free speech by tweeting her reaction:

The NAACP Image Awards prides itself on honoring and celebrating outstanding people of color and it never fails to deliver key moments of inspiration each and every year.   This year’s show was no different as it honored the likes of legendary actor Harry Belafonte,  Kerry Washington  (three awards) and Jamie Foxx who delivered powerful, inspirational speeches.

While accepting the Spingarn Medal for outstanding achievement, Harry Belafonte used the platform to address the country’s huge issue with gun violence and control:

In the gun game, we are the most hunted. The river of blood that washes the streets of our nation flows mostly from the bodies of our black children. Where is the raised voice of black America? Why are we mute? [...] Never in the history of Black America has there ever been such a harvest of truly gifted and powerful artists [...] our Nation hungers for their radical song. Let us not sit back silently.  Let us not be charged with patriotic treason.

Jamie Foxx grew emotional as he thanked his birth mother while accepting the “Entertainer of The Year Award.” He began his speech by saying that Harry Belafonte’s speech was a reminder that he had much more work to do.

All I can say is I’m so humbled tonight. I was thinking of all the stuff I could say personally about myself, and I was gonna be all about me and how I did it, and how me and I and I and me, then you watch Harry Belafonte and Sidney Poitier come out. Then you say, it’s really not a big of a deal of what you are doing just yet.  I had so many things I wanted to say but after watching and listening to Harry Belafonte speak, sometimes I feel like somehow I failed

Dreams really do come true.

A few weeks ago during an interview with The Huffington Post, Tatyana Ali sounded wide open for Drake as she talked about what she’d title her reality show if she ever decided to star in one.

“Dirty Laundry,” or “I Love Drake!” — in which I stalk him on tour and try to make him realize we’re meant to be together. God, I love his voice.

Last night, Drake showed up to Tatyana’s birthday party at the Supper Club in L.A. and gave her a big ol’ hug and kiss. He also gave her some roses and a bottle of Ace of Spades.

She’s covering the latest issue of Rolling Stone Magazine, which uses the caption “Crazy In Love” to describe her current relationship which has taken us for a roller coaster ride since 2009.  Inside, she spends a good portion of the interview defending Chris from his critics and their current relationship.  We learn that she doesn’t want to be mistaken for being “weak”,  she believes he’s at a place where he knows he can’t f-ck up again when it comes to their relationship and it was easier to run back to him because he’s really the only person she feels that understands her.

Jay-Z and JT are on their suit and tie sh-t!

Last week, a few folks were disappointed when a lyric video to Justin Timberlake’s comeback single, “Suit & Tie” circulated the net and only included Justin Timberlake. Apparently, that was just a prequel and both guys will be in the final version.

The two fellas were spotted goofing off in shirts and ties earlier today while filming scenes for the upcoming visual in LA.

Meanwhile, it’s been almost a year since Jay appeared in a music video. This should be epic…
