Ja Rule (inmate #07608730Q) is finally out of prison after roughly serving 21 months on gun charges but, he's not exactly a free man yet.

Ja had been locked up at the Mid-State Correctional Facility in New York since June 2011 and was serving a 2-year sentence stemming from a gun conviction.

But he's not out of the woods yet ...
