Frank and Chris legal team have been working towards a legal settlement which would stop Frank from bringing criminal charges against Chris Brown. The alledged amount that was being offered for Frank's silence ($2 MILLION).

Well it seems that a deal must have been COMPLETED. Because out of nowhere, Frank Ocean said that he is "NOT" pressing charges. And that he is also "NOT" suing him for attacking him.
