MediaTakeout.com just got word that Young Money and Roc Nation are working to close a deal on Drake were he would be SOLD to Jay Z's label.

The deal is NOT complete and there are still a few obstacles to making it work out. The deal would involve Young Money receiving close to $50 MILLION for the rights to Drake.
