Katt Williams led police on a crazy insane chase through the streets of Sacramento on Sunday. At one point he was even driving on the wrong side of the road. He was riding on a 3-wheeled motorcycle, law enforcement sources tell TMZ. To make the story even crazier, at one point TMZ was told Katt Williams took his helmet off and yelled back at the cops, saying, "I'm not going to stop!!!!!"

Now, according to sources, police called off the chase for public safety reasons and plan to ask the D.A. to charge Williams with felony evasion. For the full story click below.
