They claim Ciara signed a 10,000 deal to appear there during Pride Week, but she later backed out due to restrictions in her contract with the actual L.A. Pride Event. Now, The Factory is suing Ciara for breach of contract and all of the money spent promotiong her appearance! Reps for Ciara told TMZ Ciara backed out of the deal before it was ever finalized so the lawsuit is BOGUS...
