The "TLC Story" airs on VH1 this November and the girls are lip-synching to TLC's actual music! I'm looking forward to seeing this. I hope they do them justice! Are you here for it?

The federal government has debated with itself over the morning-after pill in the past, with the FDA saying it should be available without restriction; but Kathleen Sebelius, head of Health and Human Services, overruled the FDA in 2011 and said it should be restricted for those under 17.

NOW... A federal judge has ruled The FDA must make the morning-after pill available over-the-counter to women of all ages (15 and up). What do you think? Is the government taking away the rights of the parent(s) or is this a GOOD thing?

By now we have all seen or heard about the Ohio father that severely beat his daughter's because he caught them trying to make a twerkin' (booty dancing) video! Oneof the girls later said the beating was for sneaking out of the house. The mother of the 2 girls alerted authorities when she saw the welts and open wounds on one of the girls. 

It's been debated whether or not this was discipline or child abuse. Well -- the law thinks it's child abuse. According to one news source, Greg Horn has been charged with child endangerment and corporal punishment.

His court date is scheduled for April 16th. Do you think this is too much, or did he go overboard?
