After Chicago prosecutors dropped all charges against actor Jussie Smollett for filing a false police report for a hate crime, the "Empire" star could be returning back to work.
According to "Empire" actor Taraji P. Henson, Jussie Smollett could be making his return to the hit TV show for season 6. Taraji made an appearance on "The View" this morning, and when if Jussie would be returning to the show she said, "Yes. I haven't heard anything else."
Currently "Empire" is on hiatus, while producers are coming- up with plots and story lines for season 6. Not sure how the other cast members feel about Smollett's return, but Henson says she talks to Jussie all the time and that he's doing well.
