Gucci Mane is going after his former friend, Waka Flocka Flame, and Waka's mother, Debra Antney.
According to court documents obtained by the "Atlanta Journal Constitution," Gucci - born Radric Davis - has filed a lawsuit against the two for fraud, racketeering, theft and breach of contract violations related to Gucci's record label 1017 Records.
The lawsuit claims that Antney - who managed Gucci from 2006 to 2009 - took over management of Gucci's label while he was behind bars in 2009. While he was locked up, she and Waka allegedly started three new companies under the record label without Gucci's permission, an act which was apparently in violation of Waka's recording contract.
The lawsuit also accuses Antney of stealing a ring and necklace from Gucci Mane.
Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka have been locked in a highly publicized war of words, which started after Gucci announced that Waka had been dropped from his record label.
